Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay online to place an order? +
No. This site sends your order request to us directly over WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability, final pricing and take a deposit with you personally before your date is locked in.
What's the difference between the traditional and official packages? +
The traditional package is styled around your family's customary rites (raffia, wax prints, calabash, drummers' seating). The official package is built for the civil/registry ceremony — cleaner lines, aisle runners and ribboned rows. Many couples book both.
How far in advance should I book rentals? +
We recommend 3-4 weeks for standard rentals and 6-8 weeks for full ceremony packages, especially during peak wedding season.
Is delivery available outside the city? +
Yes — delivery fees vary by distance. Note your event location in the order form and we'll quote delivery alongside your rental total.
Do you handle setup and breakdown? +
Setup and breakdown are included on every ceremony package. À la carte rentals include setup on request — just mention it in your order notes.
